执行/etc/init.d/sshd restart 返回no such file or directory

入手了一个VPS，centos7，我的本意是改一下登录的默认端口22，vi /etc/ssh/sshd_config，修改后也保存了，但是得重启才能生效，于是执行/etc/init.d/sshd restart，但是返回no such file or directory，用reboot也不行，弹出提示框remote side unexpectedly closed network connection，请问一下这是什么原因，该怎么解决？谢谢

我在VULTR后台直接把服务器重启了一下，修改后的端口还是没有生效，用22端口仍然可以登录

https://www.vpser.net 上早就写过修改ssh端口的教程了，各类linux上的教程大部分都写过了只要搜索一下都能找到，没有的留言我补充
