SMTP发送邮件提示553错误

意思好像是不允许外域账户发送邮件：
在探针中，又这样一项：

1. SMTP地址：        localhost

会不会是和这个有关系，如何更改呢？
p.s.
刚才谷歌一下，说时修改php.ini中mail地址的变量，修改为使用的smtp。
这样应该是可行的。
那么，能不能修改成一个变量，让所有的smtp服务器都可以发送呢？

smtp一般都是设置在网站程序里，php.ini这个能否起作用不了解
